    Point6 socks are guaranteed for life. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your socks, please submit this form.

    Once submitted, you will receive a detailed email with instructions regarding where to send the product. Once we receive your case, we’ll make sure you get taken care of right away! Please review our FAQ page for helpful tips and always feel free to call us directly with any questions at 970-871-1055. Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Point6 are  the customer’s responsibility. Please retain your tracking number as we are not able to cover lost packages.

    Exceptions: All point6.com outlet sales are final sale. If you purchased internationally through a distributor, please contact your distributor or place of purchase to ask about their return policy.

    Point6 Apparel and Accessories Return / Exchange Policy: 

    This return and exchange policy applies to unworn Point6 base layers, tee-shirts, accessories, and gloves. If you are not 100% satisfied with your apparel within 30 days of purchase, send them back to us. Please fill out a  warranty form to begin the process.Charges for shipping and insuring packages to Point6 are  the customer’s responsibility. Please retain your tracking number as we are not able to cover lost packages.  

    • Items must be unused and clean
    • Items must have the original tags attached with original packaging
    • Must include receipt or proof of purchase

    Point6 Apparel and Accessories Warranty: 

    This warranty policy applies to base layers, tee-shirts, accessories, and gloves. Up to a year after purchase if your apparel has manufacturing defects outside of regular wear and tear, please fill out a  warranty form to begin the warranty process to receive the same product as a replacement. You will need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

    What's Not Included in Warranty Coverage

    • Damage due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or pet damage
    • Excessive wear and tear
    • Missing or defaced labels
    • Improper care (including moth/insect damage and improper washing)
    • Alterations, including embroidery, removed labels, and 3rd party tailoring
    • Products without a dated purchase receipt
    • Products purchased used or from an unauthorized seller (Amazon Warehouse Deals, eBay or thrift shops, etc.)
