It has a few reasonable caveats, just like theirs. But there’s one thing our guarantee covers that none other does — we guarantee you won’t find this quality of Merino wool at our everyday, super-low insider price. That’s our double guarantee, guaranteed.
Refund or Exchange Policy
We want you to have enough time to try on and ensure that your Point6 socks or apparel are exactly what you were hoping for. If you are dissatisfied with the fit, finish, or feel of any Point6 product:
• Within 30 days of delivery, with tags still on and packaging intact, we’ll refund your entire purchase price, no questions asked.
• After 30 days, we still want to help, especially if your apparel shows premature wear, has problems with fit and or comfort or just wasn’t made right.
We ask you don’t make a claim if your apparel: Burned, got eaten by moths (or pets or wild animals), was lost or stolen or was the unfortunate victim of improper washing. It’s kind of the honor system.

A lot of brands have lifetime guarantees and it seems like they all mean different things. We too have a limit to what we can take responsibility for. This does not mean we will not work with you given varying circumstances; we know that life happens, but we do have to set some guidelines.
What the Point6 Promise does not cover
Damage due to pets, insects, or wild animals
Moth damage from improper storage
Burn damage
Lost or stolen products
Improper care or washing
We try to keep things simple, to file a warranty claim just follow these 4 steps.
Simply fill out our warranty claim form, you can use one claim form for multiple claims.
Someone from our customer service team will contact you within 10 business days with the next steps for your claim.
We will then issue a credit, refund, or exchange based on your situation.
Don’t worry, we will still take care of you. If you cannot access our warranty claim form, just give us a call at 970.871.1055 and chat with someone from our customer service team. We will do our best to get your Point6 goods warrantied regardless of where you might be.
We try to take care of all our warranty claims within 10 business days, but during our busy times (December & January) it can take longer, but we will do our best to get you taken care of ASAP. We appreciate the understanding that sometimes good things take time.
Unfortunately we cannot replace every lost, stolen, or dog chewed sock; and we are unable to sell or send out single socks from a pair.
Yes, please do. It is easier and faster for us to process all of your claims at one time. You will notice on the warranty claim form that there is an "Add Product" button in order to list multiple Point6 products within the same warranty claim. Please list everything you would like to include in your claim, and ensure that there are pictures for each item as well.
No, we trust our customers and our products. Regardless of how you received your Point6 goods, we will honor our lifetime guarantee. If you need to figure out which socks you have, just flip the cuff inside out and there will be a descriptor stitched into the sock itself.
Absolutely not. In most cases we will be issuing a comparable replacement item of the warrantied product. You are free to choose whatever other product might match up. Just let us know if you would like something different.
Moth damage is something that has always plagued wool garments. Fortunately there are tricks to prevent finding your beloved Point6 goods from becoming holey.
After a long trip outdoors, inspect all items for insects and larvae. Larvae can live inside tubes made from the fiber, so take your time and use a flashlight if need be to track down any hitch hikers.
If you find insects or larvae, you can dry clean the garments or put your them into the freezer for 2 weeks to kill any potential larvae from hatching.
For long term storage, put garments in airtight and clean containers to ensure nothing is hiding inside the container itself.
International Warranty
Yes, we do honor our Point6 Promise regardless of where you might be in the world. However, with warranty claims outside of the continental US, the customer is responsible for all fees, duties, and taxes associated with shipping the replacement products. The process for international warranties is the same. Please fill out our warranty form and we will contact you with further instructions.

We truly believe that we make some of the best merino goods in the world, which is why we are willing to have a policy that guarantees our products for the entirety of their life cycle. That said, everything has a limit, and we reserve the right to make exceptions or impose further restrictions with respect to our guarantee if we believe that an individual or entity is misusing, abusing, or taking advantage of the Point6 Promise.
