    The Hiking Essential Medium Crew sock  offers extra cushioning on the instep and around the leg to protect against pressure points from heavier footwear. The cozy merino wool cushioning next to the skin insulates the foot from hot spots.

    Great sock

    I wear these socks with work shoes and hiking boots and have no complaints. They have held up well on multi day outings. Looking forward to seeing the ankle high medium weight socks in more colors than basic gray. To use with trail runners and approach shoes.

    Well Well Made and Comfortable

    My first impression after 20 days is that these are well made socks that are very comfortable. My go to socks were the old Smartwool, but I think the quality went down after the company was sold and they did not last very long. I’ve tried Darn Tough socks, but I think these Point 6 will be better.
