I just bought three of the medium cushion Holiday crew socks in versatile black to gift some ladies, and one pair in black and one in crimson for me. I love these merino wool blend socks! They are cute, and thick enough to be worn alone as lounging socks but aren't too thick to wear with shoes or boots, unless the footwear is already tight. I'm wearing the crimson ones with a red Fair Isle sweater and loafers right now. They look especially like Christmas but the Fair Isle pattern can really be worn anytime. I'll probably be buying more of these later, so please don't discontinue them! ....... I wear a women's size 8 medium width shoe, occasionally a 7.5, and these socks in size Medium fit me well with a little room to spare (and they stretch). I'd say they are true to size according to the size chart for women's shoe sizes. ...... Merino wool, easy care machine wash and dry on warm temps (not hot), and made in Tennessee USA; what could be better for a sock? And they were on sale and shipping was fast too.

My wife’s point 6 socks she still uses to this date are more than a decade old. She just updated to new ones to get different designs.

I selected this sock based on the aesthetic and materials. Quality sock that is great for everyday wear, to work when I have lots of walking and for days off, hiking. Fit is true to size with little if any shrinkage. I Will acquire more of these in the future for sure.
