"I wore these socks throughout my PCT hike. I wore them in the Sierras and they kept my feet warm and comfortable even when everything was wet. During snowy ascents and descents when snow got into my shoes, my feet didn't get cold. In northern Washington, I'd look forward to putting these socks on in the evening when temps dropped. I had the same pair of socks the whole hike. Other socks came and went, but this pair I carried the whole hike. And I plan on taking them on my AT thru hike in 2017. I have a feeling they will survive the whole hike as well."
